Working Principles

1, Potato Cleaning and Peeling The first of this stage normally is using an U type brush roller machine with a packing auger inside for automatic discharging purpose. It is composed of stainless steel hopper, rotary cleaner and spray washing system. The washed and peeled potatoes will be cleaned perfectly and will be taken to the next process section. 2, Potato Chips Cutting Machine The washed and peeled potatoes will be transported to the chips cutting machine through the automatic conveyor belt. The thickness of the chips can be adjusted with changing different blades. 3, Potato Chips blanching machine This blanching machine is an advanced design product. The blanching temperature and time can be adjusted based on the processing capacity. 4, Cooling Air Dry After the chips have been blanched, the conveyor belt takes the chips to this quick cooling and dewatering section. 5, Continuous Frying Machine The frying time of the chips may vary depends on the thickness of chips. However, this fryer has multi-function which include adjustable conveyor belt speed control. And also with the oil level and temperature control system, this fryer fried chips not only taste good, but also beautiful appearance. 6, Air Cooling System and Vibration of De-oiling At this stage, the just fried chips go straight into the cooling system to protect the taste and figure.
